Platonic Physical Contact: Acceptable, if it's polite handshaking or holding to help her, etcetc. Hugging/closer touching is acceptable from friends and family.
Romantic/Sexual Physical Contact: Doooon't do the thing. She's is a noblewoman from Victorian England, and engaged, and it simply will not end any kind of well.
Violent Physical Contact: You can try, but she is pretty damn strong and fast, despite her size. She'd also consider you super rude for trying, so she'd definitely defend herself. But yes, go for it! If you intend to cause serious injury, please let me know.
